OSOS Urban focuses on inspiration, research, and data analysis to frame goals and priorities for each aspect of the built environment. We work on projects varying from small city pragmatic objects, to regional master plans development and assessments.

Century City mixed use complex
A city within a city, this giant mixed-use project will be the centerpiece of Qatar containing a hotel tower and a giant retail center which surrounds an oasis in the center. From there, viewers will be able to spend the nicest times, creating a shining beacon at the city’s center.

Doha Winter Wonderland
On the verge of a new city located in the state of Qatar, the winter wonderland selects Al Maha Island as its landmark in the heart of Lusail City.

The Gate Complex
Rising on 40.95 acres of prime space along NW Dallas North Tollway and John Hickman Road, The Gate is a master-planned development that will cap the booming economic development in Frisco, Texas

Al Khor fan village
With football at the heart of the site, Al Khor explores the Qatari culture in a contemporary context. Inspired by the desert camps and the Qatari souqs, it integrates itself into the existing site while providing the beach experience.

Al Jassasiya White Beach Palace
A Mediterranean concept design for a beach palace incorporating 6 beach chalets, national guard and staff accommodation, and a private marina.

Qetaifan Island’s Resort
Situated in the new Lusail city on a manmade island where the clean white sand beach shine on the blue Arabian Gulf. Well-detailed Qatari heritage amalgamating with modern architecture forming the resort project. A corner-shaped hotel exhibiting the local characters enlightened through the ambiance of the volumes and across three types of villas unfolding from the hotel, sharing the sandy beach.
