At a central location in the residential part of the Kulaib zone of Doha, An elegant building in an oval allure with a wind management curve shaping the upper façade creates a chic high rise hotel standing on the corner part of a 250,000Sqm. Plot overlooking the main intersection, catching on its side an elliptic prolongation consisting of a shopping mall, a mosque, a large residential block.
