Architect's Vision
The righteousness of architecture creation makes possible the construction of a concept that gives you the sense of owning the sky, capping from above... An abrupt plot of land overlooking the Valleys between rock mountain hills, where the best thing to do is, “do nothing”, attracts you to stay. A set element that respects the land's natural contour. Above, a shadow, the Palace itself, looking calmly at the "Al Jabal Al Akhdar". Under the sun, the swimming pool brings us closer to the cliff, it resembles a quiet cave. At the basement level, the overview private seating transforms the user into meditation sensations through the full appearance...
Due to the steepness of the plot and the desire to contain the Palace in just one cut level in the rock, a three-dimensional structure of reinforced concrete slabs and screens adapting to the plot's topography was chosen, thus minimizing the earthwork. This monolithic Béton brut finish generates a matching natural volume of the surrounding rocks. The rest of the materials, walls, pavements, and the gravel on the roof... all maintain the same color, respecting the existing environment, emphasizing it, and simultaneously accentuating the unity of the palace.

A ground floor consisting of 2 formal majles, 2 formal dining, 2 daily majles, one daily dining, indoor pool, sauna, horizon pool with bar, and a pool yard.

The first floor has the bedrooms quarters, 2 royal rooms with the great cliff view, each with its living room dressing and large bathroom, other 4 master bedrooms are nearby and additional 4 master guest bedrooms. All bedrooms have direct access to the upper pool and open bar.
