Architect’s Vision
A majestic and unique venue conceived distinctly in the grandiose lavishness of a governmental Qatari building with modern and flourishing style. The brief was to design a unique and distinctive upscale venue for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The architectural character of the building was influenced by the grand style of modern Qatari architecture and reflects its design features and circulation patterns. The front entrance is an expansive piazza backed by five tall arched entryways, leading into a ceremonial hall that forms the central focus of a colonnade designed to create an impressive entrance.
