Architect’s Vision
An existing site that resembles the international connection and correspondence was proposed to be converted from the main Qatar post office to the Ministry of foreign affairs, the idea was to upgrade the existing building to serve the services & follow up affairs of the ministry, and to design an extension toward the corniche side on an adjacent plot that would be connected through bridges to serve as the international cooperation and foreign affairs, in addition, a separate building to serve as the Minister’s office.
